Home Study Programs The program consists of manuals that are condensed to provide information to start your career. Each of the training modules is designed to reinforce key learning concepts.
PRE-OPENING PROJECTS:
As a new SERVPRO franchisee, you will follow a step-by-step process to prepare to open your franchise. You won't have to spend your time needlessly researching what steps are needed to open a business. You'll follow an organized checklist that guides you through each step. You will also have the New Franchise Training Assistant and your assigned Trainer to answer any questions you may have.
NATIONAL TRAINING CENTER:
What do you call a state-of-the-art training facility designed specifically for franchisees? The SERVPRO National Training Center. Each month, new franchisees attend the SERVPRO National Training Center. The SERVPRO National Training Center offers a comprehensive program that teaches you the basics, demonstrates proper techniques, and then guides you hands-on through each Key Result Area in your business. At SERVPRO, training is the heart of our system.
GRAND OPENING SETUP:
Even after training and it's time to open your doors, a SERVPRO Trainer will be there to help you. You'll review a Set-Up Checklist together to ensure everything is ready to go. Then you'll market your territory and build relationships that will be used to grow your business.
CERTIFICATION:
During your first year in business, you'll gain vital field experience. You'll have the full SERVPRO support system available and you'll learn your business. Part of that learning process will be spending a little time each day reviewing SERVPRO Training and support materials. This process is called Certification Training. Upon completion of certification, you'll be a certified SERVPRO franchisee.
