The structures pictured above are located on approximately 2+ acres of land at the southern tip of the Peacedale property. Although this parcel is included in the 100+/- acre offering, it can also be separated from the rest of the property. It can either be purchased independently of the other parcels, or it can be removed from the sale of the rest of the property, which in turn will reduce the overall asking price of the entire 100+/- acre parcel, or the 67 acre parcel on the east side of Route 9.
